01

Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Curenza (“Curenza”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). They govern your access to and use of the Curenza platform, websites, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

02

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to use the Platform. By using Curenza, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Healthcare professionals must hold or be in the process of obtaining a valid qualification, registration, or license required to practise in their declared specialty. Recruiters must be authorised representatives of a legitimate healthcare organisation, clinic, hospital, or staffing agency.

03

Accounts and registration

To access most features, you must register for an account by selecting your role as either a healthcare professional or a recruiter. You agree to provide truthful information during registration and to keep your account details up-to-date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity carried out using your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by stolen, misused, or shared credentials.

04

User roles and responsibilities

Curenza supports two primary roles, each with distinct responsibilities:

  • Healthcare professionals may build a verified profile, browse opportunities, apply to roles, save jobs, manage availability, and communicate with recruiters. You agree to keep your profile accurate and to engage with recruiters in good faith.
  • Recruiters may publish job postings, review applicants, manage hiring workflows, and contact healthcare professionals through the Platform. You agree to post legitimate, lawful, and non-discriminatory roles only.

Switching between roles is not permitted on the same account. Misrepresenting your role may result in suspension or termination.

05

Verification and credentials

Curenza may request supporting documents — such as registration numbers, licenses, identity proofs, or organisational credentials — to verify the authenticity of accounts. Verification is intended to maintain trust on the Platform but does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or warranty of any user’s competence, qualifications, or suitability.

Each user remains solely responsible for performing their own due diligence before entering into employment, engagement, or contractual relationships arising from connections made on the Platform.

06

Acceptable use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating information.
  • Post discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content.
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to use.
  • Use scrapers, bots, or automated tools to extract data without our written permission.
  • Circumvent the Platform to solicit users into off-platform fee arrangements that violate these Terms.
  • Upload malware or interfere with the Platform’s integrity, availability, or security.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, removal of content, or termination of your account.

07

Job postings and applications

Recruiters are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of every job posting, including role description, eligibility criteria, compensation details, and location. Postings must reflect genuine vacancies and must comply with applicable labour and equal-opportunity laws.

Healthcare professionals are responsible for the truthfulness of applications and the supporting documents submitted. Applying for, accepting, or withdrawing from any opportunity is your decision; Curenza is not a party to the resulting employment or engagement contract.

08

Fees and payments

Curenza is currently free for healthcare professionals to use. Where any paid features are made available, the price, billing cycle, and refund terms will be presented to you before purchase.

All fees, where applicable, are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of paid features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

09

User content and licenses

You retain ownership of the content you submit — including profile details, job postings, messages, attachments, and reviews. By submitting content, you grant Curenza a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

10

Intellectual property

The Platform, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Curenza or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

11

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curenza disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, the accuracy of profiles or postings, or that any healthcare professional will be hired or that any recruiter will fill a role through the Platform.

12

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curenza, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curenza and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your content, (c) your breach of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

14

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the in-app settings, where available. We may suspend or terminate your access — with or without notice — if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

15

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, except where you have statutory rights to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.

16

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice — for example, by email or an in-app notification — and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
