If you have passed the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you purchased a collection set, all products within the set must be returned – partial refunds will not be issued. If you received free gifts with your purchase, you are more than welcome to keep them. All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. All returns must be pre-approved by Customer Service.
To ensure proper return processing, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact CURENZA at email@example.com with your return request and provide them with your original order information. A Customer Care representative will issue an approval and Return Merchandise Authorization Number. RMAs are valid for only 30 days. Only those items approved on the RMA will receive a credit. Any item not listed on the RMA will not be credited or returned.
- Place the item(s) in a box and pack carefully to ensure they are not damaged in shipping. Include the original packing slip and indicate the RMA# on the outside of the box to expedite processing.
